Time, Time, Time

The health insurance company and benefits office continue to make my life more difficult. They sent a new card with the same error, so I called the insurance company, another number for the insurance company, the benefits office, who called the insurance company and told me I have to call. They came up with a new reason for the mistake, and say they will fix the problem.

So I just spent some of my precious nap/shower/snack time dealing with a problem that wasn’t even my fault.

One Year

A year ago today, I was wondering whether 6 eggs retrieved was good news or not, given my previous cycles’ results. Now I’m wondering whether Zebediah is hitting the four month sleep regression a month early.

A year ago, I promised my husband a birthday cake. Then I got pregnant and was so tired I never delivered. This year, I didn’t even promise. Instead it was “well, we could go out to dinner someplace baby-friendly and at least you wouldn’t have to cook.” Fortunately, the local Italian market plus restaurant sells good desserts.
