September 13, 2007The health insurance company and benefits office continue to make my life more difficult. They sent a new card with the same error, so I called the insurance company, another number for the insurance company, the benefits office, who called the insurance company and told me I have to call. They came up with a new reason for the mistake, and say they will fix the problem.
So I just spent some of my precious nap/shower/snack time dealing with a problem that wasn’t even my fault.
