If things go very well (if there is “a good heartbeat” is what my RE said) or very badly (no heartbeat) tomorrow, the PIO I am about to inject will be the last dose.

I’m hoping you have a really strong heartbeat in there today, and no more PIO shots! Keep us posted!
My last PIO shot will be Sunday night if all goes well with my appointment Monday (or very bad, as we cynics know). Come on, heartbeats!
